You fill out our detailed brief form. We review it within 1 business day.
Our brief form is engineered to extract everything we need before work begins — your product, target audience, before/after state, visual references, and budget. No discovery call needed upfront. We read it, score the project, and send back a scoped plan with timeline and price.

Storyboard & Direction
A written scene-by-scene storyboard and visual direction doc, delivered for your approval.
Before any motion work starts, we write a full storyboard — every scene, every message, every visual beat. Alongside it we send a direction doc: typeface choices, colour palette, animation style, music direction, and pacing notes. You approve this before we touch a timeline.

Design & Style Frames
Key frames designed in Figma — you see exactly how the final video will look before animation.
We design 3–5 key frames showing the exact visual style of your project: the opening frame, a feature moment, and the closing CTA. This eliminates surprises during animation. One round of feedback on style frames before production begins.

Production
Full motion production. You get progress updates, not silence.
We build in DaVinci Resolve Fusion for motion graphics and compositing, Blender for 3D product visuals, and Figma for interactive UI animations exported as Lottie JSON. You receive a low-res preview at the halfway point so there are no surprises at delivery.

Structured Revision
One focused revision round. Feedback collected in writing, implemented within 24 hours.
We provide one structured revision round. Feedback is submitted via a shared Google Doc or Notion page — no scattered WhatsApp messages. We batch all feedback and deliver the revised version within 24 hours.

Final Delivery
Everything you need, packaged and transferred.
Final delivery includes the master export at full resolution, all multi-format cuts, the DaVinci Resolve / Blender source project files (so you own the work), and a handover document explaining file structure, font files, and how to request future revisions.
